Rabbitnipples.com has a 30-day customer satisfaction standard warranty for all items. All sales are considered final after 30 days of receiving product.
Unsatisfactory Product ReturnIf you receive a product that you are not satisfied with simply return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchased product. Shipping charges are not refunded. If product has been used and is not in the same condition as was sold (original, manufacturer packaging with all accessories) then there will be no refund. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. The buyer must contact us for a RMA number for any item being returned. We must have the RMA number before we can process the return. If return has no RMA # then return will be subject to a 20% restocking and processing fee.
Defective Product ReturnIf you receive a product that is defective, broken or will not work then just call and get let us know and we will arrange for your product to be picked up. We will then either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP. The buyer must contact us for a RMA number for any item being returned. We must have the RMA number before we can process the return.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged contact the office ( USPS, Fed Ex) of the carrier that shipped your product and have an inspection made. Do not throw away the shipping box or any shipping material. The carrier will want to inspect it. We will arrange to have the product returned to us. We will then either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP.
Step 1: Email within 30 days of your order, so we can assign you a RMA number.
Step 2: Package item with all packaging material and copy of you packing slip or order confirmation
Step 3: Ship Package through carrier of your choice ( We recommend getting a tracking number)
