Order Processing Times:
Most orders that are place with us are processed and shipped out within 24 hours. Anytime you have any question regarding shipping times please email us at email@example.com . Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.
Currently We use USPS & UPS Ground only. Delivery of your order will usually be within 3-5 business days of the date it is shipped out. USPS might take longer around holidays. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order goes out. If your order container a larger product that cannot be shipped USPS it will go UPS ground. If the cost is higher than you are charged we will eat the cost and never come to you for more money for shipping.

Shipping and Address Corrections:
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If you address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. If package has already been shipped we will not reship the order until the original order has been Returned.
Backorders (Out of Stock Items):
We try very hard to keep all items in stock and available, but sometimes we have to backorder an item until it arrives at our warehouse for shipping. When checking the status of your order you will find out if your item is on backorder. Orders containing backordered items will be shipped in their entirety when all products are available for shipment unless prior arrangements have been made. You can contact us and give us permission to send part of the order if you prefer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If you receive a product that appears to be damaged contact the office ( USPS, UPS) of the carrier that shipped your product and have an inspection made. Do not throw away the shipping box or any shipping material. The carrier will want to inspect it. We will arrange to have the product returned to us. We will then either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP.
Rabbitnipples.com has a 30-day customer satisfaction standard warranty for all items. All sales are considered final after 30 days of receiving product.
Unsatisfactory Product Return
If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with simply return the product within 30 days for a refund of the purchased product. Shipping charges are not refunded. If product has been used and is not in the same condition as was sold then there will be no refund. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. The buyer must contact us before item is returned. .
Defective Product Return
If you receive a product that is defective, broken or will not work then just Email us and let us know and we will arrange for your product to be picked up. We will then either issue you a credit or replace your item ASAP. The buyer must contact us before any item is returned.
